Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Specialist to lead our mobile app growth and user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving user growth and retention through strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media and paid advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as installs, cost-per-acquisition, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to develop creative assets and optimize user onboarding flows.
- Conduct A/B testing and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably in the tech industry.
- Expertise in performance marketing, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and AppsFlyer.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with design teams.
