About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Ambassador to join our team at Paradox. As a Business Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.

Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses. You will generate new leads through email outreach to potential students and aim to secure 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.

You will also be responsible for organizing LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiating outbound calls to qualified leads, and proposing innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.

Additionally, you will manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.

You will also review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.

As a Business Ambassador, you will actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead at least two webinars per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses
  • Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings
  • CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot
  • Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve sales approach and objection handling skills
  • Event Participation: Participate in in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French with a strong English
  • Results-driven and motivated individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
