Business Ambassador

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're looking for a talented Business Ambassador to join our team at Paradox.
As a Business Ambassador, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new students to enroll in our diverse range of trainings. You'll aim to secure 1 to 3 new enrollments daily, utilizing your sales skills and creativity to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads.
- Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.
- Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally to BtoC clients).
- Autonomous Leader: Organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, make confident decisions, and inspire others.
- Market Curiosity: Keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market.
- Sales Savvy: Excel at sales, understand the customer decision-making process, and eager to improve sales, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Digital Savvy: Experience managing a CRM and leading a digital project with a tech team.
- Growth over ego: Open to feedback, ready to learn, and value others' viewpoints.
- Team Player: Love to work as a team, share successes, and treat victories and failures as collective experiences.
- Language: French (native or bilingual) and English (good level).
