About the Role
As a key member of our team at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for amplifying B2B sales in the world of social media. This exciting opportunity will allow you to unleash your potential as a growth accelerator, driving innovation and excellence in our dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Advise and guide small and medium-sized businesses to nurture their growth through email, phone, and chat support
• Acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
• Support and expand self-services for clients
• Provide pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
• Offer assistance regarding tools, products, and strategies
• Identify trends and convey customer feedback to engineering departments
Requirements
• You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1)
• Sales are in your blood, or you have already experienced success in sales
• Your communication skills are impactful and persuasive
• You are passionate about social media and poised to translate that passion into results
• Your motivation, reliability, and dedication set you apart
• You are driven to achieve nothing short of excellence and exude professionalism
What's in It for You?
We offer a long-term contract with yearly renewal possibilities and potential for advancement based on performance. Additionally, you will receive paid training to prepare you for your new career. Flexible working hours are also available: rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM. Your salary conditions include two options: including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) at €1040 gross/month or excluding accommodation at €1298 gross/month. You will also receive private health insurance from the start of your contract, in addition to standard insurance.
