The Role: As a Customer Advocate, you will work closely with internal teams to provide technical support, product guidance, and solutions to customers. Your main objective will be to ensure customers feel confident using their insulin pumps and related apps, resolving any technical or product-related issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: Offer technical assistance and product information for insulin pumps; guide customers on setting up their insulin pumps with smartphone apps; troubleshoot and resolve customer queries regarding insulin pump usage; keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system; contribute to resolving complex customer concerns through collaboration with internal teams; handle customer complaints professionally, adhering to company policies; periodically check-in with customers to confirm satisfaction with products and services provided.
