Technology Partnership Manager

Join Irium as a Program/Project Management Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration. As a member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our technology Partner Program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement program strategies, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Manage program activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
3. Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring smooth program progression.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
5. Develop and deliver program reports and presentations, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
6. Support the development and implementation of new program initiatives, aligning with organizational goals.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and timelines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive trends from data.
6. Proficient in project management tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
7. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
