The Role
As an Indie Campers Account Manager & Acquisition Analyst, you'll drive the growth of our marketplace by acquiring new listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high levels of host satisfaction for the North American region. You'll analyze acquisition data, manage accounts, and implement strategies to reduce churn rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive marketplace growth.
- Manage relationships with hosts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition and account management performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide exceptional support to hosts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to net new listings, churn rate, and host satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of acquisition and account management strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in account management and CRM tools is a plus.
