About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to support our German, French, and UK customers across multiple channels. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide expert advice on our products, assist with sales inquiries, and ensure a professional and friendly customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product support via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely.
  • Ensure all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound and outbound calls).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the system and products to provide guidance and advice on the products and services.

About You

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a help desk role is desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge of deliveries, e-commerce, or customer service are desirable.

What We Offer

We provide all necessary equipment, onboarding, and training to support remote work, with a hybrid model in place (4 days from the office and the rest from home). Based in the West Midlands close to Birmingham.
