Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary ranging from €22,000 to €28,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through various channels, including voice, email, and chat.
  • Our ideal candidate has native proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in customer support or a technical support role.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, while maintaining accurate records in our support system.

  • The work schedule is rotational, with Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8 hours per day) and Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance to customers through voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, guiding them through solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Continuously update knowledge on products and services to provide accurate support.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
