Global Enterprise Sales Leader

We are a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in three continents, serving over 2,500+ enterprise clients. Our team has achieved remarkable success, reducing pain by 62% and surgery intent by 60%, while holding the majority of industry patents and winning 70% of competitive evaluations.
Our recent valuation of $2 billion is a testament to our hyper-growth phase, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us in scaling our impact. As a Regional Director, you'll be responsible for leading deals with large employers, navigating complex negotiations, and building strong relationships with consultants, health plans, and direct partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deals with employers above 7k-20k employees to achieve company bookings quota.
- Meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets.
- Create compelling value propositions around our service to target partners.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting efforts and collaboration with other channel teams.
- Collaborate with internal organizations to complete deals and ensure long-term account health.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on territory needs.
- 5-7 years of sales experience with proven track record of obtaining/exceeding annual quotas.
- Strong independent accountability, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
- Able to clearly communicate value proposition and differentiators in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
