Job Description:
The Fraud Operations team's mission is to protect Farfetch customers and reduce risk on the Farfetch Platform while contributing to business growth. As a key member of this team, you will execute and refine fraud prevention activities using advanced tools and comprehensive data analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain fraud reports and dashboards in BigQuery and Looker for real-time fraud analysis.
- Proactively identify and resolve fraud issues, ensuring a balance between fraud prevention and customer experience.
- Monitor and report daily on fraud KPIs.
- Develop solutions to prevent and mitigate risk by designing, testing, and implementing rules & logic.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets to minimize fraud chargebacks.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment (ideally with fraud exposure).
- Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar) and experience using data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar).
- Able to transform data analysis into defined actions and improvement.
- Familiarity with fraud systems and controls (e.g., Forter, Riskified, Accertify).
- Detailed-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and oral.
