Job Summary
Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated B2B Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

About the Role
We are looking for native French speakers with B2 level English who are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless processing
* Following up on customer queries until resolution and meeting commitments

What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive package including:
* A gross monthly salary of 895€
* A performance bonus of up to 100€ per month
* Meal vouchers and transportation reimbursement

* Reimbursement of initial flight ticket and 4 months accommodation in Lisbon (if applicable)
