Job Title: Italian-Speaking Technical Customer Support Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking customer support professional to join our team as a Technical Italian Customer Support Associate. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a leading tech company, enhancing the customer experience by delivering prompt, empathetic, and effective support across voice, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers across phone, email, and chat, addressing queries about orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
  • Deliver a high-quality service experience, consistently meeting customer expectations.
  • Follow through on inquiries to full resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with various internal departments to expedite customer requests efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Native Italian Speaker: Formal speech and exceptional writing skills are a must.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (required).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.
