We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to renewable energy systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
