Salary
We offer a competitive salary, including two options: €950-1100 gross/month for candidates who accept free accommodation in a shared flat, or €1300-1400 gross/month for those without accommodation requirements. A compensation package of 50% hourly wages (lower taxes) will be provided during the training period (1-4 weeks).
Job Description
Your role as a Key Account Specialist - Beauty Customer Service Representative will involve managing consumer requests related to information and complaints through various channels. You will provide excellent solutions, services, and product advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, redirecting related cases and issues as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in the German language, with a minimum C1 level.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Solid IT skills, including expertise in utilizing reporting tools for customer interactions.
