Your Role: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting customers throughout the global employment process. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, managing existing portfolios, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on global employment matters.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of global employment regulations, enabling effective guidance for clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives.
- Promote the RemoFirst platform, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their experience.
- Resolve any account or service-related issues promptly, implementing efficient action plans to address concerns.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success roles, preferably in a SaaS platform business.
- Background in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
