About the Role
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers on multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
- Coordinate tasks among analysts, promoting efficient workflow and productivity.
- Design and implement ongoing training programs for analysts, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain regular communication with high-profile clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives, providing prompt responses and accurate information.
- Organize complex data into clear, well-documented reports, highlighting insightful conclusions and recommendations.
- Develop in-depth research on companies, markets, and industries for advisory, consulting, and investment firms.

Your Background
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in researching, analyzing data, and producing reports for clients, preferably in the Consulting or Financial Services sector.
- Fluency in English at a proficient level, with previous education or full-time employment in an English-speaking country being a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation.
- Strong understanding of accountancy concepts and ability to interpret financial statements.
- Excellent research capabilities, with the ability to synthesize information and draw insightful conclusions from data.
- Business acumen, with a solid understanding of different business models, industry trends, and market drivers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Efficient time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible working approach and ability to thrive in diverse settings.
- Fluency in Spanish is not a requirement but is considered an asset.
