We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Findhu. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by generating new sales, opening new accounts, and sustaining the company with recurring business. You will be part of a highly skilled team of software engineers with expertise in areas such as Messaging, Voice & Video, 5G Applications, Telecom value-added services, Telecom core, IPTV, and Fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and other deliverables to close deals while consistently achieving sales goals by selling innovative solutions to new customers.
- Markets: Europe, Middle East, Japan and USA.
- Arranging and conducting meetings with customers and following up to generate business.
- Keeping up-to-date with the company's products and solutions.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Opening new accounts, identifying new opportunities, and bringing recurring business streams to the company.
Requirements:
- Active sales experience in the Telecom industry for the past 5+ years.
- Strong networking abilities with direct contacts among high-level decision-makers in selected accounts.
- A hunter mentality, with a proven track record of securing new accounts and closing new deals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong rapport with everyone.
- Solid discipline and method in sales and business development.
- Strong personal values: integrity, honesty, loyalty, creativity, courage, and a purpose-driven mindset.
