Executive Director of Sales Expansion

Sword Health is on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by harnessing technology to prevent and treat pain. As an Executive Director of Sales Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and shaping the company's sales strategy.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-growth startups. Your primary responsibility will be to lead deals with large employers across various regions, ensuring achievement of company bookings quota. You will also help shape our sales playbook and processes, collaborate with internal organizations to complete deals, and represent the business at conferences and other industry events.
About You:
- 10+ years of sales experience in high-growth startups
- Proven ability to obtain and exceed annual quotas for net new revenue
- Strong independent accountability, follow-up, and follow-through skills
- Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition and differentiators in a competitive environment
- Proficiencies in Google Suite, Salesforce, and other industry-related software
