Your Mission
Drive sales efforts from day one in our 'startup within a startup' environment. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft sales strategies and marketing materials. Identify optimal sales channels and determine product-market fit.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading hands-on sales efforts from day one
- Driving sales and generating demand in the 0 to 1 phase of a new business unit
- Closing deals with employers having over 10k employees
- Engaging in day-to-day sales activities to develop leads and close deals
- Identifying optimal sales channels and determining product-market fit
- Crafting sales strategies and marketing materials with the Head of Marketing
- Providing input on pricing strategy and early adopter incentives
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team as the business grows
What we're looking for:
- Relentless execution mindset

- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Able to navigate and determine product-market fit
- 5+ years of relevant past experience
- Experience in 0-to-1 phase of business development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the enterprise sales cycle
