Your Mission

Drive sales efforts from day one in our 'startup within a startup' environment. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft sales strategies and marketing materials. Identify optimal sales channels and determine product-market fit.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Leading hands-on sales efforts from day one
  2. Driving sales and generating demand in the 0 to 1 phase of a new business unit
  3. Closing deals with employers having over 10k employees
  4. Engaging in day-to-day sales activities to develop leads and close deals
  5. Identifying optimal sales channels and determining product-market fit
  6. Crafting sales strategies and marketing materials with the Head of Marketing
  7. Providing input on pricing strategy and early adopter incentives
  8. Building and leading a high-performing sales team as the business grows
