We are Buscojobs Portugal, a leading recruitment agency in the region. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Expansion Director – LATAM Market Leader.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing expansion plans for our business in Latin America. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating key terms and conditions, and managing a portfolio of established and future markets.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €120,000 - €180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum five years of experience in expansion/real estate, preferably with insight into the fashion retail sector
- In-depth knowledge and contacts within the real estate landscape of main LATAM markets
- English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
- International profile and social competence
- Effective communication skills to work in a multinational collaborative environment
Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Oporto or regionally in LATAM, with frequent travel required. The ideal candidate will have flexibility and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
