Customer Support Specialist for Telecommunications

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Moschato, Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with advanced business English
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A full-time job with 40 hours per week
- Salary: 14 salaries per year x 1300€ gross per month + performance-related bonus
- Rotative shifts with 2 days off per week
