Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Language Requirements: English (Required), Portuguese (Required)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Agent for one of our clients, you will be responsible for understanding our customer needs, following up with leads, and converting them into sales. If you have prior experience in outbound sales, D2D, contact center, or BPO and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sell premium insurance for a world-renowned brand to existing and new customers
  2. Act as a loyal advocate for the brand and support customers in understanding the benefits of the insurance services available
  3. Give peace of mind and security to loyal and new customers
  4. Maintain a strong work ethic and constantly strive to achieve sales targets
