We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto. As a member of our sales and customer care team, you will play a key role in promoting our cruise experiences and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
About the PositionAs a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with tourists and locals alike at our cruise counter. Your primary objective will be to assist customers by providing information and selling tickets while promoting our cruise experiences and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially French, are a plus).
- Strong communicator with an outgoing personality.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, but a great attitude is what matters most.
- Organised and responsible individual, prepared to be accountable for daily cash management.
- Skilled at and keen on teamwork.
- Friendly, helpful, and motivated to work with people from all over the world.
