Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of DSV's Global HRIS team, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and transforming them into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to design, develop, and enhance the HRIS landscape by providing valuable guidance and contributions to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand business processes, identify gaps, and transform them into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to design, develop, and enhance the HRIS landscape.
  • Ensure quality assurance by engaging in User Acceptance Testing, creating test cases, performing rigorous testing, documenting issues, and test results.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, devising and implementing solutions in accordance with system governance.
  • Sponsor the onboarding and rollout of our Total WorkForce Management solution with a focus on WorkForce Software technology.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation to promote consistency, transparency, and best practice.
  • Conduct training sessions with new end-users across the globe as needed to explain system functionality and leverage to facilitate user adoption and system implementation success.

This role will have additional project and administrative duties assigned.

You'll be required to sign an extended confidentiality agreement due to accessing personal employee data globally.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Communications, or related area of study.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field, including workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, scheduling, time and attendance management.
  • Minimum three years' experience in HR-related systems change management, including training (Workforce Software preferred) and process documentation.

Languages:

Proficient level of English (spoken and written).

Environment:

This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal, and you'll be part of DSV Panalpina Global HR with peers working in remote teams across the globe.

A permanent contract with 35 hours per week is offered.
