Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Smart Home Devices

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our smart home devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Document relevant case information and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our smart home devices and their features

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with a good level of English
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
