About the Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely and friendly responses

Requirements

  • Native French speaker with a good level of English
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory)
  • Motivated and committed to work
  • No troubles with writing in French
  • Team player with willingness to work with many nationalities
