Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Digital Sales Specialist to excel at the forefront of our customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our software solutions to informed buyers, providing multiple touchpoints across the customer journey. Your mission will be to become a product expert, drive online business conversion rates, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
  • Become an expert on our software products
  • Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing our software.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity. You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Real passion for our technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution against a task
