Job Description: Business & Sales Development Specialist
This key position involves proactively identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities, managing early relationships, building trust with potential customers, and collaborating closely with colleagues to secure and close deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive sales growth and expand our customer base;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders;
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, including updates on the pipeline, lead conversion rates, and sales forecasts;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related function;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred;
- A strong results-driven approach with a passion for acquiring new customers;
- Full proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
