Job Description

As a French Gaming Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting gamers using your gaming language. You will become an expert in troubleshooting skills and be ready to help via email, chat, and phone calls. You will use your positive energy to specialize in a specific brand.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Language Maestro, fluent in French and good in English. You will also need to be Tech Savvy, curious about the latest tech, and a Customer Charmer with experience. You will be a Communication Virtuoso and an Empathy Expert.
