About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring first-time resolution and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to game consoles and PCs, using analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe to identify trends in customer inquiries and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and methodical approach.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience playing console games or PC gaming is a plus.
