Job Description

We seek an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Lisbon office, providing top-notch support to German-speaking clients. This role involves working closely with our support team to efficiently answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Help turn both new and existing customers into loyal users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Spanish are a plus).
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously.
  • BASIC knowledge of sales processes (e.g., lead tracking, reporting).
  • Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Confidence in using helpdesk platforms like Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of €42,600 per annum, excluding a monthly bonus up to 13%. Additional benefits include a daily meal voucher, a shift allowance of 15% on the base salary, and 1,500 euros annually for transportation, technology, health, or childcare expenses.
