Our platform empowers customers to create bespoke solutions using native apps, plug-and-play integrations, and IoT/Hardware components. We serve facility managers, retail operations, hotels, cleaning services, and more. We've achieved significant milestones, but we're only 1% of our potential. To further our growth, we're seeking a Product Operations Specialist to refine product processes, leverage data, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to shape and optimize product processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective collaboration. You'll gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform product decisions and enhance processes
- Developing and maintaining documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between departments to align on common objectives
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Supporting the Product team in data analysis and reporting to understand customer behavior and product performance
We're looking for someone with previous experience in product operations or a similar role. You should be a team player with a strong willingness to impact operational efficiency. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a focus on process improvement. Previous project management experience, data gathering and analysis skills, and comfort with agile methodologies are bonus points.
We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, flexible working hours, remote-friendly culture, modern office in central Porto, startup environment, and regular events for knowledge sharing and team engagement.
