Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Onboarding Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and continuously improving our products and services.
Responsibilities- Onboard new customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and success in their portfolios
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities
- Sometimes support sales teams with technical demos
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluent Spanish language skills (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, and Electric, among others (a plus)
- Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers
- Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Availability to occasionally travel abroad
