Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Infraspeak, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with prior knowledge of maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management. Experience with maintenance and CRM software is also valued.
Your Responsibilities- Onboard new customers efficiently and effectively.
- E nsure maximum satisfaction and success of customers in your portfolio.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ocasionally support sales teams with technical demos.
- Native fluency in Portuguese.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Fluent French (nice to have).
- Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, and Electric, among others (a plus).
- Possession of teaching passion and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers.
- Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality.
- Availability to occasionally travel abroad.
