Join Our Customer Success Team as a Customer Onboarding Engineer


Infraspeak is revolutionizing the way maintenance and operations teams work. Our Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP) helps teams worldwide deliver what's expected from them. We make their life easier by providing a system of intelligence that collects data and transforms it into real actions using state-of-the-art technology.


As a Customer Onboarding Engineer at Infraspeak, you will be part of a fast-growing company that partners with customers from Asia to Europe to Africa to the Americas. We believe in meritocracy, holacracy, and ownership. Our ideal candidate has great interpersonal and organizational skills and, while not mandatory, we prefer candidates to have prior knowledge about maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management.


What You Will Do:



  • Onboard new customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and success.
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Occasionally support sales teams with technical demos.
  • Attend our annual customer events and any other necessary onsite customer meetings.

What We Expect from You:



  • Fluent/Native in English (mandatory).
  • Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, and Electric, among others (it's a plus).
  • Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers.
  • Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality.
  • Availability to occasionally travel abroad.
