Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collect feedback on the product and identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales teams with technical demos and attend customer events.
Requirements
- Fluent/Native in English (mandatory).
- Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, and Electric, among others (a plus).
- Passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers.
- Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality.
