We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our customers with technical and accounting issues via phone, ticket, and chat
- Showcase our software solutions to customers through online demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features that address their individual IT challenges
- IDentify customer needs and forward relevant requests to our sales department
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to provide a best-in-class experience for our customers
Requirements
- University degree in economics or a relevant field, or equivalent vocational education
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish, with English as a mandatory language
- Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus
- Windows/Mac user knowledge is desirable
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is beneficial
- Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
