About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Management Systems Specialist to join our team at Organon. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in business analysis, quality management, and IT systems to drive business improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business and technical analysis support for the Organon Quality Management Systems (QMS) platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and quality teams to deliver new solutions and updates to our QMS platform.
  • Partner with the QMS Platform Lead and Agile delivery teams to manage the platform's overall management, delivery, and support.
  • Facilitate proper uptime, manage upgrades/releases, and manage support for the QMS platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, or Business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, working with business teams, and building effective business processes aligned to solutions.
  • Knowledge of core Quality business processes and experience in Quality Management Systems and associated Quality business processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC requirements and Data Integrity industry requirements.
