**The Role:** We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our business development activity across Portugal, Spain, and other European markets.
This role is crucial as we scale and diversify our business. Responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic planning, defining short- and long-term plans, and advising management on setting business targets
- Developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and identifying new business trends in the market
- Partnering with clients and business leaders to support business strategy development, including market entry, growth, and portfolio strategies
Key responsibilities also include spearheading horizontal and vertical business diversification initiatives, planning approaches and pitches, and developing proposals to address client requirements.
