Your Role

As our ideal candidate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs. You'll manage client onboarding, ensure smooth transitions, and maintain open communication.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and clear expectations.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide support as needed.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and deliver solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on client needs. Track and report on account performance, providing insights on client health, renewal likelihood, and areas for improvement.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in e-commerce, is also necessary. You should have a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets or KPIs.

This role comes with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. We value professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships.
