We collaborate with a leading company providing technology for electronic payment transactions. Their products are POS electronic payment devices with their own operating systems, security and encryption software, and certified payment software.
Job Description
This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer and client requests. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices
- Troubleshooting issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes
- Resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Striving for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty
- Committing to meeting personal and team targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in Norwegian and very good use of English (both written and spoken)
- Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality
- Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrating genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary
