Job Title: Corporate Support Professional

Company Overview:

Micahel Page Portugal is a strategic consulting, financial advisory and tailored asset management services company.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Group Operations Center and Executives located abroad.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives located abroad, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations while handling confidential information with discretion. Assist with the preparation and coordination of corporate events and projects. Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members conducting research, uploading, and compiling data to assist with decision-making.

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow, manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with IT to address technical issues and ensure the functionality of office systems. Handle correspondence, maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, plan, and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage office budget and expenses, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Over 5 years of experience in similar roles. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
