About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team in Porto, Portugal or Yerevan, Armenia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities
  • Support existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat
  • Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that solves individual IT challenges
  • Identify customer needs and forward requests to the sales department
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers

Requirements
  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
  • Native (or near-native, C1 minimum) level of English is mandatory
  • A good level of an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Nordics, Turkish, Portuguese) is desirable
  • Windows/Mac user knowledge is beneficial
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service/sales, etc.)
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people

Estimated Salary Range

€30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience
