About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Consultant to join our dynamic and international team at goFLUENT. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish learners via phone and email.

About the Job

As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for welcoming and accommodating learners, responding to their needs, and ensuring a continuous follow-up in their training. You will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to keep them updated on each client's progress.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
  2. Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by documented processes and/or with supervisor's guidance: Resolve customer complaints
  3. Call clients to follow up on their training progress
  4. Conduct demo calls
  5. Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Manager
  6. Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Manager

Requirements

  • Soft skills: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
  • University degree: Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter.
  • Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask.
  • Stress management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good command of MS Office and Google tools.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish required both spoken and written.
  • Excellent oral communication and customer service skills over the phone.
