The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a deep understanding of single message and dual message payments flows. You will be responsible for creating detailed business requirements, translating them into user stories, and working with other teams to design end-to-end payments solutions across retail, hospitality, and core payments.

  • Create detailed business requirements and translate them into user stories\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Pair with the Scrum Master to maintain a sorted backlog that reflects the stakeholders' priorities\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Build a written payments knowledge base that others can use to learn and grow their skills\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Work with other teams to design end-to-end payments solutions across retail, hospitality, and core payments\helperslistEndItem

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of development experience in the payments industry\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Deep understanding of single message and dual message payments flows\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Familiarity with top card schemes and their interfaces\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Ability to think of solutions for high-volume systems that parse and ingest huge files within minutes\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Love for coaching others and helping them grow their payments knowledge\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}
  • Able to deliver feedback using clean and emotionally safe language\helperslistEndItem\HelperslistStartItem\helpers{createListItemText}

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
