At Eugenia Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong time management skills, and be able to work effectively in a CRM system. They will also be a genuine caregiver, able to multitask and provide excellent customer service.

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure our representatives stay up-to-date with all developments in the technical area of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via telephone, email, and other channels in a genuine manner;
  • Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services;
  • Identify, study, and propose solutions for technical issues;
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction after interactions;
  • Gather all relevant information into the system and maintain a high level of service;
  • Stay updated with all developments in the technical area of work to remain informed;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English;
  • Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus;
  • Genuine caregiver. Able to multitask, proactive, and good with time management;
