About the Role:
Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Representative will be:
• Assist B2B customers with incoming inquiries and provide support through the platform.
• Verify information in accounts created on the platform and capture data in the CRM system.
• Develop strong relations with B2B clients and improve customer satisfaction.
• Have a fluent command of the German language and a B2/C1 level of the English language, with experience in sales being a plus.
• Articulate, communicative, and a team player, committed to your work and enthusiastic about intercultural communication.
