Job Summary
Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our clients in the German speaking markets.
About the Role
This role involves being the primary point of contact for users, handling routine and non-routine incidents, problems, and requests. You will be responsible for providing 1st line support for incidents, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluency in German and English languages;
- Problem Solving: takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales;
- Service Level: escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs;
- Team Working: acts as a team player and is viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team;
What We Offer
- 8-hour working days from Monday to Saturday with 2 days off per week;
- Base salary + meal allowance + productivity bonus;

- Hybrid work arrangement with an office in Lisbon or full remote work option;
