About the Role
We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team at Industry and Production Company. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in providing strategic business partnership and support to clients, positively impacting motivation, development, and retention of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and drive the talent strategy and initiatives for the assigned organization.
- Provide employee relations and labor relations advice and consult to managers and employees.
- Manage the HR calendar, including talent review, promotions, performance evaluation, and evaluate training needs for blue and white collar roles.
- Work closely with the manufacturing management team to facilitate implementation and operationalization of HR strategy, mainly talent attraction, recruitment activities, and supporting learning and development strategies.
- Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the Factory.
- Sponsor internal and external initiatives to build and promote a strong employer brand internally and externally.
- Support the HR Team in providing all kinds of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records in a systematic way.
- Manage payroll information and all administrative tasks related to it.
- Prepare and keep track of headcount plan and budget, and work in cooperation with department managers.
- Participate in and provide support for SAP HR Modules projects.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and conduct customer-oriented approach at all levels.
- Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization.
- Collaborate with vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and acquire young talents for the organization.
- Responsible for employee offboarding and termination processes of positions within scope.
Requirements
- Graduated from related fields of universities, preferably in HR Management.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational and industrial settings.
- Experience in Portuguese employee relations legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SAP-HR.
- A 'can do' approach, willingness to learn, and extend the role above and beyond the job description.
- Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and complete tasks per deadlines.

- Capability to anticipate problems by recognizing key issues in problems and creating contingency plans and alternative solutions.
